THE SATCHEL MECHANIC

Your 121-gem satchel fills the board. Match gems — they go to the discard. Draw pile empties — it reshuffles. Nothing is conjured from thin air.

Load fire gems and fire floods every board. Neglect ice and ice vanishes. The enemy draws from that same board. You shaped it. You play it better.

ROGUELITE PROGRESSION

Navigate branching maps across 4 regions. Choose your route — safer fights or risky elites for bigger rewards. Your path is never the same twice.

Between runs, gold, XP, companion bonds, and a persistent gem chest carry forward. Each run your satchel gets a little sharper. Each run you go a little further.

Die and learn. The run ends. The progress doesn't.

Unlike your satchel, companion bonds persist between runs — they grow as you do. Find your favourite early and invest.
